He deserves it over Derrick White.

It's a replacement for Kawhi so if they were looking for another defensive wing-type who can still score, Jaylen is the selection over Derrick.

White is a good player still, but the wrong choice IMHO.

Tatum is the Michael Jordan to Brown's Isiah Thomas.
