Are these the charges where Trump did the same thing every Democrat politician has done in terms of payouts but they didn’t like the way his bank dotted the I so they charged him like 80 times?

Bragg's "star" witness (Michael Cohen, a man who spent yearS in prison for lying under Oath) did all the work. The onus was on the jury to find evidence that Trump knew of, or was involved with the payout and they found nothing. The case was so outrageously absurd that even the legal analysts on CNN and MSNBC confirmed that the case has more holes than Swiss Cheese.

Worse... this case was rejected by the lower courst of NY and even Bragg himself declined to press charges when this first came to fruition 7 years ago AND it was a misdemeanor. The crooked DemonRats manipulated the law and turned it into a Felony.

It's a complete disgrace, and an embarrassing black eye on our country.

Sounds like Trump wrapped up the black vote come November then.

Furthermore this case was a Misdemeanor 7+ years ago, and both Bragg and the lower NY courts refused pick up because it was so weak, not to mention the Statute of Limitations, not to mention Bragg and Co. manipulated the law and turned said Misdemeanor into a Felony, which made State charges Federal (illegal), not to mention the unconstitutional gag orders, not to mention the Judge is a Democratic/Biden donor while his daughter works with Democrats and put pics of Trump in a jail cell on her Facebook page while the trial was going on... and I could go on and on.

Trump will appeal and the case will be overturned.

Why was the jury not sequestered. Why was only Trump gagged. Why do over 90% of all jury trials require a unanimous guilty verdict to convict. The judge on his closing statements removed any chance of Trump having a hung jury. Why is Cohen not in jail for Perjury.

Why was the Judge even allowed to oversee this case when he's a Biden/Democrat donor, and his daughter works with (and earns a shit load of money from) the Democrat party? There are so many holes and unconstitutional actions in this case that even MSNBC and CNN's legal analysts could not deny it.

It'll get overturned on appeal though. Trump will be vindicated and these evil, corrupt scum on the Left are in for 4 years of living hell once he's back in the Oval Office.
