~ 16 current NBA teams may not be in existence today if it weren't for him. (7 expansion teams, 5 relocations, and 4 from the ABA merger he helped broker as part of the NBA's legal team back then).

~ Implemented drug testing and the salary cap revenue sharing system.

~ Made Allen Iverson & the hip-hop culture very mad with his dress code.

Love him or hate him. He has been good for the NBA. It has grown a great deal since he became Commish.

The new ball thing he was pushing a few years ago was a disaster.

I really don't like this constant fucking with team jerseys. Every team does not need 42 different jerseys.

Overall I think he's done pretty good though.
