Were locking in a line 11 days before the game? You're a brutal man!

Barry Sanders is the answer.

Greatest receiver to not make it is Calvin Johnson IMHO.

Lumpia cuh

Image
Spoiler:
How to Make Lumpia

You'll find the full, step-by-step recipe below — but here's a brief overview of what you can expect:

1. Make the filling: Cook the pork until crumbly and set aside. Drain most (but not all) of the grease. Cook the onion and garlic in the remaining grease. Return the pork to the pan and stir in the veggies, cilantro, and seasonings. Remove from heat and let cool.
2. Assemble the lumpia: Place three tablespoons of the filling on the wrapper and follow the instructions to roll and seal the lumpia. Repeat until all the rolls are assembled.
3. Fry the lumpia: Heat oil in a skillet. Fry the lumpia three to four rolls at a time. Turn until all sides are brown. Drain on a paper towel.

2 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto, finely chopped
1 shallot, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, optional
2 French bread baguettes (10-1/2 ounces each), cut into 1/4-inch slices

I'd get down on this!

Wife hates tomatoes so I don't think we'll do this.

I've been requested to make some Cowboy caviar so ill do that and probably a pulled pork slider recipe lol. Idk 🤷‍♂️

Cowboy Caviar is good. Sliders are also a good choice too.

Enjoy!

Go BIRDS!!!

I’m doing 12 hour Kalua pork. Cook it overnight in the oven. Easy macking the next day.

two deep throw away foil pans (doubled for strength)
1 bone in pork butt
alaea sea salt
liquid smoke

Wear gloves or your hands will stink
Sprinkle 2 or 3 tbsp smoke over roast
Sprinkle sea salt generously all over
place in foil pan.
You can wrap it in banana leaves. I normally just add the peel from a banana.
I add a few garlic gloves too (not traditional)
Cover the pan tightly in a double layer of foil.
Bake at 200° for 12 hours.
Toss the peel and cloves. Strip the Y bone, fat and any connective tissue, and de-fat the pot liquor.
Meat and liquor in a crock pot. Serve with steamed rice, Mac salad, pineapple, and a green cabbagy vegetable (bok Choi?)
