I have my old account but I'm only level 23. Pokedex is looking pathetic and now it's borderline impossible to get the harder OGs without trading since there's the newer generations in.

They are always running events to help people fill in gaps. But yeah it would be very tough to zero in on gen one guys at this point. I'm sure at some point they will do more events where most of the spawns are certain gens.

As a business model, I'm not sure how long Pokemon would have lasted though reprinting new versions the same Pokemon. So I get it from their end.

Doesn't mean I have to consider them in the same breath as the OGs doe.
