Some areas are super nice while others are super high crime and famous for it and was on the show Cops weekly...
If you are into the beach the west coast is nicer but more isolated..
Port st Lucie is a couple hours from miami and orlando...theres a lot going on down there.

Interesting... Looking on Zillow and houses look very cheap. I'd only really care to be there late January to mid-March... could make some nice pocket change airbnb'ing it the rest of the year if I could find a good management company down there.
