I'm not watching the game, but just looking at a box score, it looks like Joker had an A+ game.

What happens with Doc Rivers now? The Clippers simply aren't getting the job done in the playoffs with Doc.

You can't win them all. He's got a great resume, but there's no doubt him and George laid a massive egg overall in this series and especially in the fourth tonight.

If LeBron shit the bed like that, the internet would explode.

Correct. You also have to take into account that the Raptors were a great team without him this year too. But yeah, Lebron would get killed for a similar situation.

He's Harry Houdini if he escapes from the firing squad.

If they're smart. A lot of the players(including Giannis) really like Doc though.
But who do you replace him with? Lue? Pringles? That ain’t going to get you over the hump.
I’m not a huge Doc fan, but his Supastars shit the bed tonight.

I didn’t see much of the game due to picking up a dog from the vet - did the Clippers ever lead?

Interestingly... that Clippers bench has two guys who are considered frontrunners for other gigs... Sam Cassell and Ty Lue.

Maybe just too many moving parts and egos on and off the court to overcome?

This is kinda interesting... there have been thirteen 3-1 comebacks in PO history. Doc Rivers has been on the ass end of three of those:

In 2003 he coached the Magic (lol) and was up 3-1 against Detroit.

In 2015 as the Clippers coach he lost a 3-1 lead to Houston.

And now tonight. Get his sorry, overrated ass the fuck outta there.

Goddamn that idiot Vogel and his rotations.

Talk to me during the Lakers/Clippers series when the Lakers are gonna need high level coaching.

I hate Doc Rivers as a coach. That statement was about how good the players on the Clippers are not the coach, you dipshit.

Grateful for Doc for that 08 title, but even that season Boston needed 2 full series just to reach the ECF. And the Celtics were 0-6 on the road combined those series. There's just something in the wiring about Doc and closing the damn thing out.

He's just a mediocre coach. That Boston team was stacked, he should have had at least 2 rings with that team.

They would have...

... if Garnett didn't miss the 2009 playoffs.

Doubt they beat the ‘09 Lakers.

‘10 Lakers were beatable, but the Cs underachieved in the regular season which cost them home court advantage. Also coughed up a 3-2 lead in the Finals which is a trademark for a Doc Rivers team.

I don't know about 2009. The Celtics were 44 - 11 when he was injured.

Would have been a very good Finals... much better than the Magic sucking balls.
