I'd never count him out but the climb back is getting steeper and steeper. Have to imagine he'll only play a hugely limited schedule moving forward even best case, especially to protect himself for Wimbledon and the Olympics. If the tour comes back this fall he may also suffer a meaningful rankings hit before the Australian Open that he may never recover from. Not that he can't overcome that but it just makes things that much more difficult.

I agree. When the big 3 are gone, it's going to be a rough patch for tennis. I wonder how many slams each would have if one of the three had never existed. Roger and Rafa without the Joker. The Joker and Rafa without Roger and so on....we have been incredibly blessed.

Yep, his career is pretty much over now. Really wish he had taken that Wimbledon last year. Glad he holds the record, but tying Martina would have been cool.

So, Fed’s career is over and Chris Sale’s career is also over. I’m glad COVID cancelled sports so I don’t have to be as depressed about these things.
