Fun facts about black families. 1965 only 25% of black babies were born out of wedlock. 1991 68% were born out of wedlock. 2011 72% born out of wedlock. 2015 77% were born out of wedlock. Not sure how this is the white mans problem Arty, but this is a place to start. Black kids from single mothers really don't have much of a chance.

You are absolutely correct. The single biggest determining factor in a child's life is whether the father is in the home (as far as financial success). How whites have contributed to the issue is the crack epidemic pumped into the black community by the CIA, at the same time as "white flight" which sent money/jobs etc out of the inner city. Those factors combined for males to be either put in jail or killed committing crimes because they were in the only real industry in those neighborhoods: Crack, guns and pimping. Makes it difficult to father in that scenario.
