I remember there being a lot of weird connections between Floyd and the cop that killed him, but I haven’t really put much time into looking into it. Would not surprise me if it’s connected to something much larger. They both worked security together at the same “club” for 15 years? That story was out there then someone tried to walk it back and now it’s not talked about. There was some big deal in that area not long ago where the secret service busted a counterfeiting ring, but they were counterfeiting small bills, like ones, which seemed very strange. What kind of business uses ones though? Strip clubs, bars. There’s some theory Floyd and these dirty cops (working security off duty) were involved in a money laundering/counterfeiting scheme involving bars/clubs/strip joints, and he blew the operation so he was taken out.
