Unfortunately, likely to be replaced by less capable individuals with lower IQ.

Which (all else equal) ironically is likely to lead to more brutality, not less (if not in real terms, at least by comparison to what could be with higher IQ and more capable individuals).

Lets be real - most cops aren’t rocket scientists.

FWIW-neighbor behind me is a cop, neighbor across from me is a detective, neighbor two doors down is in dispatch, guy at the end of the street is a detective, friend next street over is a cop (our neighborhood is thick with cops) wife has three cops in the family, four friends I grew up with are sheriffs/cops. Couple of my kid’s scout troop leaders were cops.
My post wasn’t to slight cops, just pointing out that in general, they are similar in IQ to the rest of us.

Is going to be hard and challenging to find any black people actually from Africa there. If this was Minneapolis you could have found several Somalians but I'm not sure that's not the case in Washington
