I still like Laviska Shenault from COL as the steal of this WR class. A better playmaking version of Pierre Garcon, per my own personal scouting grades.

Cowboys are off to a great start so far:

Very happy with Becton and Mims (liked Diggs too but I guess we needed a wideout). I feared we'd be cucked from not trading up, but we managed to trade *down* and still get the guy we wanted in addition to an extra 3rd.

I don't get what our GM is doing. I get that Carson is injury prone but don't waste a 2nd rounder on a QB when we have so many more needs.vcsgrizzfan wrote:Lol. Sorry Phuturedynasty.Y2K wrote:Jalen Hurts to Philly!!!

Raiders have drafted 3 wide receivers with their first 4 picks.

Gruden loves that west coast style offense. He served under George Seifert after all

As a lifelong Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan, I'm pleased with our picks.

Winfield is legit.
[Note: For our "these guys are nothing like us" example today, I give you Tyler Johnson. He's a WR from Minnesota. He had a wildly successful, productive career with 160+ catches and 2,700+ yards (including some crazy one-handed ones) in the past two seasons alone for a team that wasn't even known for passing. But he's going to be about only the 20th WR selected in the NFL draft. Why? Athleticism. He's not fast enough. Not athletic enough. Here's a guy who I've seen play football and basketball. He's about 6'1" and 200 lbs and he dunked regularly on everyone and anyone in high school as the star of his state championship hoops team. Then, he played QB like a Michael Vick/Lamar Jackson type. Then learned a new position in college and excelled again. Still not good enough. I feel really old and out of shape while writing this. I should go for a run... but that would only remind me just how far away from the guys we watch on tv we really are. So maybe I should just eat three doughnuts and three burritos like Artism... gain 120 lbs. and become just like him.]

Fifth this year and third next year. So several bags of ripple chips.vcsgrizzfan wrote:A bag of ripple chips.lettherebehouse wrote:The real suspense for Skins fans is who/what in the fuck are we finally getting after all the Trent Williams drama (second rounder most likely). Wouldn’t be surprised to see Philly push for him, unless they’ve already got someone in line to replace Peters.

I hope that BAN Williams snaps his sternum in his first practice.
I like that we got the OT from LSU though, would’ve been a 2nd rounder but some weed busts in his past sunk him into the deeper rounds. He’s already projected as an opening day starter for us.
Athletic, good hands..6’4 320lbs.
Things are lookin UP!

More FIU players got drafted than FSU players? Is that right?
Re: In case you forgot (or even care) the NFL draft is tonight
How the F was this guy still available at the end of the 2nd?
