Some idea being floated around:
“Quarantine the players in July in Las Vegas and to have some form of a tournament that eventually crowns a champion,” Mannix said on the Felger and Mazz podcast on Tuesday. “It’s workable. It’s doable.”
“Hunger Games” speak aside, is it truly possible? Or is just another pipe dream that fans will chase around like a cat after a laser pointer dot?
ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski believes it could be a thing to consider.
Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James has said that he wouldn’t play a game without fans in attendance — and while he has since said that he’s more “open” to the idea, it still irks him.

how the fuck can they continue the season when a quarter of a million people were just guaranteed by the white house to die from this shit lol
Kobe Bryant 2010 Finals MVP ( 29ppg/8rpg/4apg/2spg ) higher EFG% than Jordan 96 and 98 finals

Who cares about 15 thousand fans in attendance when you have millions watching from home?CleveTown™ wrote:Some idea being floated around:

They're going to do everything to have a playoffs. The nba in finals in august. Why not. Nothing else on but golf. Then the season wouldn't start until christmas. This has already been floated around. They been looking to shorten the season. Might be no fans but it'll happen.

If it was still so bad that they would have to consider resorting to this then it just won't happen.
