So they want a Spanish name as opposed to a historic figure for peace? I doubt it matters to the crime rate. As matter of fact, I think Dr. King would give two shits about the name

MLK Drive in Philadelphia has a great view. Not as smooth as Kelly Drive but a beautiful view regardless
