Easy there, sport. Don’t start bringing my kids into this... not even to underline your point.
I think you misread.

I said Jesus's children (human beings). Not your personal children.

Edit: I don't understand why you thought otherwise, but I apologize for the confusion. Of course I would never say anything like that.

No need to apologize good sir. :suds:

That was my bad. I was preparing for this Friday night workout....

7:30pm
Tabata Protocol
•Burn Machine (4 min)

Circuit Training
•Dumbbells/Push-ups/Rock Jaw/Dips (4 sets)

Cardio
•Stairs (20 min)

Cool Down
•Walk (5 min)

...and responding. It’s my shortest workout of the week but it’s very brutal IMO. I do it on my lunch break at work and it leaves me completely washed. Do you like my dipping station? :D

That's actually pretty nice, especially at work.

I have a pair of kettlebells in my work office.

Sometimes I'll take a lap and/or do some Russian swings, but it's just a way to get the blood flowing not a real workout.

It's funny, I actually train at a Russian-led Sombo/Judo/Wrestling based school now, am exploring Orthodox Christianity through the Russian Orthodox Church, and am co-teaching a class next semester with a giant Boris-looking Russian guy.

Lots of interaction with Mother Russia.

Have you had any joint issues since starting wrestling? Seems like it would be hell on your lower back and knees.

There’s a UFC gym about 10 miles from where I live and I thought about joining, but only if they teach dirty boxing/clinch fighting. I don’t wanna chance full on grappling, worried I’ll pull something lol

For me, it's actually more of an issue of flexibility and at least with wrestling...cardiovascular conditioning.

I'm in good general shape, and even in decent shape for fighting, but with pure freestyle wrestling I'm fairly unskilled compared to Judo or even Sombo.

Which sort of acts like a multiplier to cardio expenditures, joint pain, or pretty much anything physically negative.

I think I can probably do it at a reasonable level until I'm about 40 or so. At that point, I'll probably switch back to pure BJJ. Rolles Gracie actually has a school not terribly farther away from my job/home than my current school.

Wow, powerful psychological manipulation you got there.

Let me guess...to be a "real man" I need to watch a different man fuck a woman I think is attractive and jerk off?

And you two *sure* your brains aren't impacted by porn? Positive? Really?
Positive. Now tell us how long you are going to allow your wife to control your sexual organs

Porn is almost certainly a net negative for society.

Selena Squirter and Debra Deep Throat are not women of virtue.
