Yeah I know but it's part of the cycle though. They need to suck once in a while to get the better players motivated to join up and "redeem" Team USA. Sadly it may take an Olympics defeat to wake them up.

A note on this team though is they don't have any Superstars, unlike all the teams prior.

Kemba Walker is a star but he's not what you would call a superstar, at least not yet.

They'll be facing off against Serbia next which many people thought would be the Final in this tournament.
