Winning another title this year would go a long way to getting there.

iirc he usually plays well at Bethpage, so maybe he has a shot in a couple weeks.

I sure hope so. For a long g time there I never thought he would. But he is showing some glimpses of prime Tiger again. Glad he took this tournament off this week, just need to lighten the schedule and stay healthy and fresh

Probably not, but he can compete in 3-4 more Masters and there are some nice tracks for him in other tourneys coming up. I’d say it absolutely possible, but not probable.

The problem is the talent is too high and deep now compared to back then. His ceiling now is “arguably the best player currently” vs in the past when everyone knew they were playing for 2nd any time he showed up with even his B- game.
