Interviewing for my first VP level position today

Post by AtiliusRegulus »

Nervous as hell. SMDH.
Getting this gig and moving from a Senior Workout Specialist would really make 2019 start off well.

There's few things I hate more than job interviews.

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are dumber than that.

i hate it. I didn't even know what to wear. I'm wearing a sweater, a shirt and a tie, trying to get a moderate yuppie look but still professional smdh. I didn't want to go old school to exude hyper conservatism. after all its NYC.

Make sure to stare them down until they break eye contact first.

This is a conveniently well-timed interview... A VP spot... just days after admitting you have at least one chick boss who you're afraid of hovering over your shoulder.

Good luck with this "new job" opportunity.

You seem jealous that Atilius is about to be the VP of his company while you're just a low level grunt.

As long as you look professional whether you go with the yuppie look or conservative look shouldn't matter. Then again I'm a sheltered lil farm boy from Iowa.

Indeed.

Especially since it's the type of place where VP candidates are deathly afraid of their bosses catching them online during work hours.

Seriously... good luck.

As far as dress, you dress up for the job you want. Make it easy for the interviewing committee to see you in the position. If other VP’s are wearing suits and ties, I’d wear a suit and tie.

Abe cleans toilets for a career... when he's not living in his mom's basement. Apparently.

Good one.

Ati is moving on up and you’re still working your mid-level beta cuck position in a cubicle surrounded by women. Jealous as fuck.

Have fun listening to them talk about their weekend plans.

More fun irony/satire?

- Ati admits he's afraid of his chick boss.
- Abe says he works with men.

- Zombies claims Abe is surrounded by chicks at work.

Good one.
