I was ridiculously lucky. Except when they had teething pains, my four kids were ridiculously good sleepers. Every single one of them was sleeping through the night by about two months and there was only a few weeks to a month of them waking up more than once during the night. Small favors.

An adult dog of average intelligence is about as smart as a 2 year old. If you keep your dog who's as smart as a 2 year old child on a leash in public why wouldn't you keep an actual 2 year old on a leash?
