And after the gentleman identified himself it should have ended there with an apology to him. The resident/customer is always right.

How do we know she didn't?

And I find it alarming how we've become so accustomed to excusing such boorish behavior. It seems to be getting worse.

“When she asked where I lived, I said ‘I don’t know you and you haven’t identified yourself, so I’m not just going to give you my address,’” Holland told the Star. The security guard then asked a property manager to confirm Holland’s residency.

So this black person was told to leave the pool because of wearing socks, while excusing the gentleman in her party for wearing a hat. Hats aren't permitted in the pool either.

I'm not black but if I was and I was lounging at the pool of the apartment complex where I reside and someone asked me if I lived there, especially without identifying himself or herself, I would feel as if I was being singled out.

And if you were one of the white people there who allegedly were also asked?

Nobody has responded to you saying this yet. That's part of the troll.

Just let it go at this point...

I would probably feel different. That's my point. I'm trying to put myself in the other person's shoes. The security guard should have identified herself. She works for the property management company, and by extension the residents. She was there to serve and protect him. She was derelict in her duties. That is why the property management company eventually apologized.

We reveal ourselves by who and what we choose to defend.

I defend black people being harassed by the cops.

Abe defends the cops harassing black people.

Interesting.

“We are disappointed that we weren’t able to handle this situation in a way in which everyone felt respected and understood,” Barrett & Stokley said in a statement. “We should have communicated with all residents that we would have security on site, who would be asking for proof of residency.”

I defend cops doing their job. If it was that cops' job to make sure only residents were swimming at that pool....then I commend her for her efforts....and I feel bad that she, and people like her, have to deal with unruly people who won't answer a simple question.

Abe defends those trying to prevent criminals from roaming the streets.

Apparently, Bush defends the murderers and rapists that the police are desperately, valiantly trying to catch.

You have to remember, Abe has a longing to please the Trumpies for some reason, so his stance on this black guy having to prove his residency despite white people not being held to the same standard makes sense.
Abe now thinks that any time a black person isn't in a position of inferiority, they must prove they belong...We shouldn't take their word for it. Plus, Abe now knows blacks like to steal, so that key could have easily been taken from an unsuspecting, innocent white person.
Interestingly, the only times I can recall Abe actually taking stands is when it comes to how citizens interact with cops.

He has a seriously weird obsession with citizens (especially the Black ones it seems) immediately being submissive to cops. Fuck dignity. Fuck pride. Fuck the cop operating with common sense. Sometimes fuck that the cop actually broke the law.

According to Abe, you see a cop, and you are REQUIRED to immediately going into the "yessa massa" routine.

Sick.

Bush still triggered. Hahaha.

To be fair, I also have strong opinions about taxes, health insurance, the general assault/pillage/rape on the middle class from both the upper and lower classes, 1st amendment rights, religion and proper spelling when communicating with large audiences. Oh, and ugly chicks. I think less of ugly chicks.

Apparently, you won't be happy until I apologize that these opinions do not align perfectly with what you think I should have strong opinions about.

THE RAPE ON THE MIDDLE CLASS FROM THE LOWER CLASSES

Legit one of the stupidest things I have ever read in my life, I didn't realize how delusional you really were until now.

She wasn't a cop. She was a security guard. She asked a resident where he lived there without identifying herself. Do you routinely give your address to strangers ?

She's a cop that was hired to be a security guard. Cops work side jobs all the time.

And yes, I've given my information to a cop before.

Interesting that Abe equates a BLACK MAN enjoying the pool that his monthly rent affords him to frequent is akin to being part of the criminal underbelly.

He likely wasn't unruly at the beginning of the quiet, boring encounter....but he made it that way by refusing to cooperate by answering simple questions.
