I included the 01 Sixers and I was 10 when that happened but that's fair. Only remember it in fragments lol.

I hardly remember anything around that time period. Don't even know where I would've been to watch the game. Maybe that's not a good sign for memory. That fact that you can remember fragments is kind of disturbing to me.

For whatever it's worth, if you can remember it, it counts. I was 7 in '88, but that Super Bowl against the Bengals is my first truly vivid, detail-laden memory of watching a sporting event. I remember bits and pieces of things before that-- going to games, listening/talking about players/teams, etc.-- but that's the first gap-less memory.

I saw the 88 Dodgers in person that may be the only one champion actually. I may have seen the 81 team but was too little to remember.

Oddly enough I have seen a lot of Lakers conf champ teams in person but can't recall ever seeing a ring team in person given the timing (and the fact that I moved out of LA in 99).
