2.5 to 3 hours would be better...at 225 and then crank up the heat the last half hour to get a nice bark
soaked in sauce all night. took them out an hour before cooking
I feel like this is the appropriate thread for me to a post a picture of my 2009 Malibu with a dent in the back bumper...but I don't want to make people jealous.
