When I say all else being equal, I just mean holding all other variables constant at the start of the thought experiment (like geography, initial wealth, political alliances, weather, etc...). It's not possible to reach in reality, but a way to analyze the influence of the variables we care about without outcomes being confounded.

From my personal experiences, the average Alt-Right individual is more or less a regular white person who is simply red-pilled on issues of race/culture/sex, and who wants to take a direct offensive against cultural marxism, leftists, and their cousins. Speaking to this point in isolation, it's a bit off to take the highest performing subgroup (Ashkenazi Jews) of a larger group (Jews), and then compare to another group that combines low, average, and high subgroups ("Whites" and "Asians"). For example, IQ is generally higher in Western and Northeast Europe than Eastern Europe or Eurasia. China/Japan/Korea has it all over Thailand/Laos/Cambodia. Ashkenazi Jews are significantly different than Sephardi Jews and light years beyond Ethiopian Jews, etc...

You have to break down all relevant subgroups if you want to make those comparisons.

That's a fair point which takes me back to my original point about the variability of IQ within groups. Yes, some groups have more geniuses than dullards within their ranks, but no group has a monopoly on dullards or geniuses.

Also, I have read that there is some angst among American Jews as their SAT scores are dropping. IMHO, it is a function of succeeding generations no longer feeling the need to excel, to go beyond, to be extraordinary. They just want to be like everybody else, average.
