First, it's not an open question about whether Haiti is a "shithole country". It is by any reasonable metric. That issue is closed.

Beyond that though, we live in a country where saying common sense and obvious things (for example, that you shouldn't give a five year old hormones, no not all countries are equal, no you are not beautiful if you are 300 pounds, etc...) provokes foaming-at-the-mouth rage and often violent protest.

You have to be strategic and work with what you have.

Just saying that there are things Trump can't change or overcome solely through his own personal force, hence strategy is needed.

A lot of the problems we have are simply "baked into the cake" from previous Presidencies and generations (especially post 1965).
