69-13, with legendary finals performances from MJ, and Steve Kerr.

They had an excellent season but there were times where they look a little out-of-sorts compared to the season before. They were an old team that was a year older as well.

Idk if I'd say they looked out of sorts at any time. They were dominate from start to finish. Started 12-0 and only had 2 back to back losses all year. The biggest disapiointed was they were 68-10 and went 1-3 to end the season. Should have had back to back 70 wins. But all 3 losses did come against 54 + win teams.

In the playoffs they went 15-4 with their last 3 series against 56, 61, and 64 win teams.

The out of sorts comment is more appropriate for the 93 or 98 Bulls tbh

When I say out of sorts, it's more of how they struggled with consistency during games in the latter part of the season and throughout the playoffs. Dennis Rodman was a wreck and then he got hurt and didn't get better until towards the end of the Hawks series. Kukoc was horrible throughout the entire playoffs. Basically the core players didn't play as well as they had the season before but because they were still more talented as a group, they found ways to win.
