91 Bulls should be coming up too...

They straight KO'ed the previous two champs on the way to the title, 8-1.

The only loss coming on a lucky Sam Perkins three.

I hate to admit it but the 89 Pistons deserve a spot too.

They were a classless bunch of #%@%'s but they were very good.

Seriously?

69-13, with legendary finals performances from MJ, and Steve Kerr.
They had an excellent season but there were times where they look a little out-of-sorts compared to the season before. They were an old team that was a year older as well.
Idk if I'd say they looked out of sorts at any time. They were dominate from start to finish. Started 12-0 and only had 2 back to back losses all year. The biggest disapiointed was they were 68-10 and went 1-3 to end the season. Should have had back to back 70 wins. But all 3 losses did come against 54 + win teams.

In the playoffs they went 15-4 with their last 3 series against 56, 61, and 64 win teams.

The out of sorts comment is more appropriate for the 93 or 98 Bulls tbh
When I say out of sorts, it's more of how they struggled with consistency during games in the latter part of the season and throughout the playoffs. Dennis Rodman was a wreck and then he got hurt and didn't get better until towards the end of the Hawks series. Kukoc was horrible throughout the entire playoffs. Basically the core players didn't play as well as they had the season before but because they were still more talented as a group, they found ways to win.

I can't believe the 83 Sixers are going to lose to the Lakers due to the deciding votes from Rob and phuture. This one stings

Listen, that Sixers team is one of the GOATs. I only have it one spot behind where you do and it's certainly close, as the voting shows.

86-87 Lakers, obviously.

87 Lakers
who beat the number 2 team handily in 85 and 87, and would have in 86

They added Walton. Other than that, pretty much the same.

And:

- traded Maxwell away, giving McHale the pathway to start and sliding Bird to the 3

- signed Jerry Sichting
