So if we're "rewarding" LeBron for finishing in second-place (so to speak) then Jordan deserves extra-credit for 89 and 90, since his Bulls were the only team in the Playoffs to win more than 1 game against the eventual Champion Bad Boys, essentially making them the second-best team in the NBA at the time.
Of course Jordan's legacy isn't based on being the runner-up, which LeBron's is destined to become if he loses another Finals.
ROFL at JorDONE failing not once but TWICE in back to back years. Not my Goat.
Jordan didn't "fail", slappy... the Pistons were the higher seed those two years, and the overwhelming favorites to win the series.
Failure is your boy having to run-coward to The Heat because he wasn't good enough to lead back-to-back 60+ win teams past lower seeds... and then getting thoroughly embarrassed by JJ Barea in the Finals, after colluding (to form a Super Team in Miami).

"Lebron doesn’t guard for a full game and our game plan was to get him to play defense and he left me open all game."

ahhhh. Gotcha. So when the cards are stacked against you and you are expected to lose then it's ok to lose...
So LeGOAT coming back from a 3-1 deficit in the Finals against the team that beat your team's regular season win total and the "overwhelming favorites," winning an astounding 73 wins, surely catapults him into the undisputed GOAT territory.
Swig a few more shots down your gullet old man.

Bottom line: LeChump had back-to-back 60+ win / #1 seeds around him in 09 and 10, and he failed to get past LOWER seeds... including an Orlando Magic team playing withOut it's second-best / all-star player at the time. Instead of persevering, instead of embracing the challenge to get over the top (like the GOAT Michael Jordan did, when the Pistons were standing in his way), your hero quit. He gave up, like a bitch, and ran-chicken to collude with other superstars and form a Dream Team.
That's a MASSIVE black-eye, and it will take at least another 3-4 Championships for LeEasyWayOut to remove that stain from his legacy.
When the going gets tough, Jordan got going... LeBron packs his bags and leaves town.

Of course Bron left. He wasted 7 damn years of his precious career playing with complete bums. The front office caused him to leave and if there wasn't immense pressure on him to be the GOAT (which he is now) then maybe he would have stayed put in Cleveland for his whole career.

When Jordan was taking those beatings and they were losing to the Pistons, he never stopped competing. He never stopped trying to get better.

Bronze was in his 5th year in the league playing YMCA level competition.....While ROOKIE MJ was in a conference with multiple good- great teams and at least 1 ALL TIME great team....
That said, lol @ Orlando Woolridge's coked out no D playin' ass, give me that version of Mo Williams over OW all day.
You should be embarrassed by that post, I KNOW your smarter than that.

Cavs in 2009 had the league's best record, home court throughout, MVP, COTY, 2 all stars, one borderline past all star, elite defense and offense....got murdered by the magic
I've noticed as LeBron continues to dominate and close the gap between himself and Jordan with each season, the angst level from Bulls fans has risen considerably.
Of course they won't admit it but people don't type up essays everyday about players that don't matter and aren't a threat.
You never liked me, probably don't like me still, but a ***** liking me aint never paid my bills

It's like I said before, Michael Jordan and LeBron James are the two best players that I've seen in real time. There's no question nor doubt about that. By the time LeBron's career is over, I expect him to be a top 5 player of all-time.
In saying all of this, I still believe that MJ was the better player and he's still the greatest player.

Give Rookie Jordan Orlando Woolridge as the teams 2nd best player in a stacked EC and watch him barely make the playoffs.
Fixed

I remember during the 1st of the 2nd three peat, Jordan had to beat Zo, Ewing and Shaq just to make it out.
Lebron beat Paul George, derozan and Avery Bradley; players who are 1st ballot hall of famers.
Check the method from Bedrock, 'cause I rock your head to bed
