A Jucy Lucy?

They're good dive bar food... but I've been pretty clear that those aren't among the best burgers in Minneapolis.

My favorite:

Parlour. (Ground sirloin, ribeye, brisket.)

2nd place: St. Dinette (St. Paul)

Looks ok...

This is supposed to be one of the best around here...I had it once, was amazing, with fries fried in duck fat and truffled,
Chef’s Burger – two patties made of Filet Mignon and Pork belly, cheese, pickled onions, house made Smoked Aioli, stone ground mustard.

I saw that Five Guys was voted best burger in Orlando. Any truth to that?

You're right... the Filling Station and Graffiti Junction are highly regarded. Just not as much as Five Guys, apparently.

Lot of dumb voters who don't know about the best places to go ....must be new to the area

I guess in n out is the overall best burger in LA and all of California since that's how they voted out there

There's no reason to be upset that Orlando thinks Five Guys is the best burger. It is quite the "foodie" city after all.

So... your list is from ONE person. A random reporter. Cool.

The "rag tag" list is a compilation of votes from the good fat people of Orlando... thousands upon thousands of them.

Boomski Bitchski.

[Note: And I'm not saying there aren't good burgers in Orlando. I have no interest in going there to find out. I just found it odd that such a "foodie" city voted for Five Guys. I happen to dig the Five Guys burger by the way. Nothing wrong with it.]

No reason to be upset. Clearly, with your posts... the reporters in Orlando dig a wide range of burgers.

The people of Orlando, however, dig Five Guys, according to a poll of best burger joints. I don't care one way or another...

I need to apologize to Arty. To be fair, the proof that the good fat people of Orlando prefer Five Guys over all other burgers is not entirely true. That poll was not from last year. In last year's poll... Five Guys was Orlando's 3rd favorite burger.

http://www.orlandoweekly.com/orlando/be ... id=2518606" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

BurgerFi was declared the winner. Let's learn more about his delicious burger exclusive to the Orlando area... oh... wait...

___________________

"Walk into any one of BurgerFi’s 60-plus locations across the country and you’d be forgiven for doing a double take. With its green-and-white logo design and metal-heavy decor, the sustainable fast-food chain looks an awful lot like Danny Meyer’s fast-casual sensation, Shake Shack. The menu even has “concretes” made out of frozen custard and mix-ins.

Founder John Rosatti (also founder of the Brooklyn Plaza Auto Mall) takes his inspiration from multiple sources, though. In addition to its Shack-style emphasis on quality ingredients, BurgerFi also has a “secret menu,” albeit one that’s publicly available on its website. The “alternative style” burger and fries bears a suspicious resemblance to a certain West Coast chain’s house-sauce-and-grilled-onions specialty.

As of this writing, BurgerFi’s heavy borrowing seems to be doing them more good than harm."

So Orlando's "best" burger is basically a Shake Shack/In N Out burger knockoff chain?

Still sounds good though. Good for you, Arty.
