Top Sirloin.
3 bucks a pound this week at a Mexican grocery store. Bought a package. Was really good. And Arty, keep your comments. My family was poor, I grew up on chuck steak.

Got a New York strip I'm about to grill well done. Got a brand new bottle of ketchup for the occasion.

Just give me my ribeye charred black on my foreman with a bottle of Heinz on the side. Perfection.
