This is pure speculation but I'm thinking we kick off with a 5 year time jump, Scott still stuck in the Quantum Realm and learning from being in it, he gets freed and finds Stark, Pymtech helps The Avengers do time/inter-dimensional travel and we get a fight against Thanos and all of his children (team vs. team) in the past before the snap happens. Something like that.
