I’m only mildly upset by this... others will be full blown upset and then you have those like Artman who will definitely be triggered by this as he tends to be triggered by a lot of things

I would love to see the religious freak make it to the big leagues. That would piss off many people. This unathletic man playing a professional sport.

He's always been a gifted athlete. Just looked like a headless chicken trying to play NFL QB.Da Stars. wrote:I would love to see the religious freak make it to the big leagues. That would piss off many people. This unathletic man playing a professional sport.

Re: A statistic that might upset some people
1. Tebow is getting the call in September. It's happening. He would have gotten it had he simply put up mediocre numbers relative to other AA players but he's going over the top now. He's coming up in September for a spell (probably called up on the 7th when they return from a road trip) and will start next season in AAA.
2. Not only is it idiotic to describe Tebow as unathletic, he is easily in the discussion for the best athlete in the world right now. I write that at face value and without any irony attached. A Heisman winner who hadn't played baseball since high school and isn't just doing it but is excelling in the most competitive AA league. He's humiliating every hater and naysayer and I couldn't be prouder. His only mistake was doing this in a Mets uniform, he should be with a prestigious franchise deserving of his excellence.

Re: A statistic that might upset some people
No fake news. Second best batting average in the Eastern League since mid-June, a double in the AA all-star game off of the Tigers #1 prospect. Two facts that have triggered you.
