the homes in indiana on the road i live on would probably cost 5+ million in cali. they're 300/500k here.

2,800 sq. ft. on a 1/4 acre backing up to private woods.


That goes for a shitload more in a place like LA.

It seems to be worth 112K right now, but it was good for what it was.

Neighbors to the left = Tools
Neighbors to the Right = Pretty cool, but White Trashish
Neighbor across the road = Old lady who was very cool (she let us play football in her yard and was a sweet old lady)
Neighbors two doors down = Relatively little interaction, but not bad. Kept to themselves mostly.
