Only the N-word and variants are in the censor right now, though you can disable it in your profile (in the User Control Panel, click the 'Board Preferences' link on the left, select the option 'Edit display options' and you can turn 'Enable word censoring' on or off there; it's on by default). It was a requested feature but you can turn it off.

You all are going to need to put your heads on swivels when you play my team. Passing in bunches boiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!!!

Nash and Barry
KG and D-Rob

Nash and pick-and-rolls/fades with KG/D-Rob....

Oooohhhhhh....I like I like.

Edit: Seriously, I was happy to snag Barry. Someone who can shoot/score with pretty good spacing, pass his head off, and actually defend a bit (1975 was past the point where he started to become a serious defensive player according to the reports I've read...he even led the league in steals in 1975).

Edit: I have 2.5 White guys on my team...I'm catching up to Rob. And I might pass him in the next round

It’s fine, I don’t mind leaving it censored. It’s not a go-to phrase for me.

Interestingly enough, I think the late 80s are when the top contenders started resembling modern rosters. The Bad Boy Pistons and the Show Time Lakers (after handing the reins from Kareem to Magic), and the early 90s Bulls 'look' more like teams you'd see a decade later.

The teams that peaked earlier in the decade, like the Celtics, the Kareem-dominant version of the Lakers, the Sixers, even the Twin Tower rockets, all played very big. That might be neither here-nor-there, and we've seen twin towers dominate (i.e. Duncan-Robinson), it's just that those rosters are fewer and further between.

Dwight got in there. So did T-Mac.

I'm pretty sure that will be it.

Maybe Penny in the very last rounds, with his 96 (?) season.

Really hard to defend my team. The spacing will be incredible.

The defense isn't as good as some other squads....but they won't give up tons of points.

And GOOD LORD we'll be raining 3's.

my teams spacing is even better. i have 3 all defensive guys ( back when lebron actually gave 100% too )

and my starting 1 through 4 averages 8.2 threes made per game on 40% overall

your starting 1 through 4 averages 4.2 threes made per game on 41% overall

russell over dwight coward all day every day

dirk wasn't alpha yet in 2006. lost in a backdoor sweep in the finals... lebron was absolute peak in 2013

88 bird wasn't even one of his best 2 seasons... but i'l give you the slight edge still vs mullin

peak tmac ( aka kobe light ) shits on joe dumars

and 92 stockton would finally meet his match with billups defending... no way stockton would inhibit his 3's either ... but i'l still say you probly have the slightly better PG

i win 3 to 2 and especially in the chemistry/overall depth/spacing department

I like how 1988 Bird gets a "slight edge" over Mullin.

Playoff woes aside, 30/9/6 on 50+/40+/90+ shooting gets you more than a slight advantage over virtually anyone in history outside of the ultra-ultra high classes like Jordan/Lebron/Shaq, etc...

88 was Bird's best scoring season but I think 84-85 was his all around best.

Most high-level analytics I've seen place his 1986 season as his best.

if he selected 84, 85 or 86 bird i'd have given him a bigger advantage. but 88 bird was a sneeze away from throwing his back out

Fortunate for me that I don’t hold Griff’s opinions in high regard.
