None of that is germane to the idea of Russell stopping peak Shaq, which was my point (which it seemed you agreed with).

There are reasons to take Russell over Shaq or vice versa. It's a fine pick.

But to stop peak Shaq, you need *at least* a hard double.

That's all I'm saying.

nobodies stopping shaq like i said... guys like russell/rodman are just smarter than the average big bulldozer and outwit guys that are bigger to inhibit them. force them into mistakes or taking their teammates out of it with personal agendas

There were people that got left off. I'm partial to Parish....and Russ is an obvious.

Damn. Kidd and Billups were on my draft board, good picks. Give me ~5 minutes, going to choose a 3-and-D guy probably.

Give me 86-87 Cooper. Won DPOY that year, could hit the three (.385 on 2.8 attempts in the regular season, .486 on 3.9 attempts in the playoffs), still could run the floor and dunk, and a great secondary ball-handler/playmaker.

How deep are we going BTW? It seems most of these drafts go ~8 rounds.

They've done a lot on the RealGM Trade and Transactions game board, here's a link to the winning teams for some (first batch have FGA limits, second batch is auctions I think):

Bruce Bowen ftw.

This is actually a solid choice. He actually led the league in 3-pt shooting one season, any of you ****** know that? Yeah that’s right, I went stay geek up in here.

BTW Bush, I'm going to start Cooper at the point (nominally, I imagine Wade will play on-ball more).

I think we decided 10 slots, so each position has a starter and backup (if applicable, I know a lot of players here can play multiple positions cleanly).

Cooper 6'6"
Wade 6'4"
Leonard 6'7"
Kirilenko 6'9"
Olajuwon 6'10.5"

My team has plenty of size against guards/wings, but I think we'd struggle against a frontcourt with two bigs. KUB, Shill, LNS, Rob, Bush, DW could all spell trouble.
