I'll update. Malone's 1990 season is one of the most underrated scoring seasons in history.
Bit of a tangent, but how did he do in the playoffs that year?

He finished 2nd in scoring behind MJ. Ewing finished 3rd.

31 points a game on 62.6 true shooting percentage (8.9 percentage points better than the league average!), 2nd in PPG.

Like Grizz mentioned, he had a pretty bad playoff. Then again...five games.

Suns were good before the Barkley years.

Kind of the short story of his career though. His TS% in that playoffs that year went to 50.5%.

For his career, his TS% goes down over 5% in the playoffs, and that's on 193 games.

Oops. He picked Kawhi upon further review.

I guess my eyes played tricks on me since that's exactly who I wanted, and the exact year as well.

09-10 Dwight Howard

harden has been disrespected the last 3 years more than anyone... people are actually saying him winning mvp this year would be out of pitty for being snubbed a few times

even with the #1 record averaging 31/5/9 with a 30.5 PER and a higher point per shot average than jordan ever record ( .10 points higher infact )

its actually ludicrous ... and sure hes had holes in his game before but hes a good defender now

its actually insane how much people ripped on his defense in recent years while simultaneously sucking off lebron ( who hasn't played a lick of defense for a long time now ) .... infact its a forgotten thing among many

voters leaving him off the 3rd team all nba in 2016 while averaging 29ppg, 6rpg, 8apg, 2spg on 44%fgs 38%3's 87fts ... the rockets made the playoffs ... sure they weren't a contender with soft ass howard. but what did people expect. the next best guy was patrick beverly

i thought the harden hate was finally dying down. but sure enough because i picked him everyone hates him again

:yaoyao:
This is simple: you claimed Curry would struggle significantly in previous eras and that Harden was a power player who would translate just fine.

People challenged the notion that Curry would struggle in previous eras and made fun of you for mischaracterizing Harden— nobody ever said Curry would automatically be better in earlier eras or that Harden would suck.

You cried that people disagreed with the notion that Curry would stink and Harden was some kind of tough guy rhinoceros.

its wasn't a simple disagreement. it was 3 pages of shit storming insults towards my 2 picks because i critiqued a soft little front runner being selected 5th overall

i realized that my team wouldn't get a fair assessment after that and decided not to waste my time any further.

curry is a front running bitchmade choker that gets carried by lesser guys because he shrinks in key moments

iggy carried him vs lebron and won finals mvp in 2015

draymond carried him vs lebron and would have won finals mvp if not for adam silver in 2016

and durant carried him vs lebron and won finals mvp in 2017

curry proved yet again this past weekend while the whole world was watching how insignificant he is when people ACTUALLY TRY.. shooting bricks all game and getting suffocated at the end

hardens style and body is far more transferable than currys to other eras... he can actually create his own shot and force the issue/get to the line with ease... curry can't

curry needed a guy like that in durant because front running and chucking 40 footers isn't how you play when the scores are tied

i believe so little in steph curry that i'd even be willing to take current no defense playing lebron james over him. and that says a lot

Griff, if you insist on being here, can you not cry and not clutter the thread up with exceptionally long posts and posts full of youtube clips?
