Those numbers are Beta Ball's current shooting PCT (FG / 3PT / FT, respectively)... which would be embarrassingly bad even back in the 50's and 60's.

Question is, if Beta continues on this pace will it go down as THE worst shooting performance in the entire history of the NBA?

Yes, those are Beta Ball's shooting PCT so far, like I stated in the OP. Try to keep up, little trooper.

Question is, will he end up with THE worst shooting PCT in the history of the NBA?

Lonzo’s breaking records left and right. His only competition is second year rookie Simmons.

Arty is actually correct on this one... the Lakers Win in spite of Beta Ball, and they Lose because of him.

I mean, Beta is 9th on his own team in Win Shares (despite playing as many minutes as anyone on the team), and his Offensive Rating is a downright putrid 87.

Coupled with the all-time embarrassing shooting PCT's and below-average Defense, and you really can't get much worse than that as a player.

Actually, after looking even closer at Beta's advanced numbers/metrics so far, he might be on-pace for THE worst season ever in NBA history.

Overall, no matter how the Ball Slurpers will try and spin it, the individual numbers AND his team's record suggest that Beta Ball is having an HISTORICALLY bad season so far, especially for a guy who is supposed to be the Next Face of the Lakers, and the Savior of the franchise.

The Lakers currently have a better record, that’s indisputable. They’re getting better too, and currently have the 4th ranked defense in the league. Their defense is actually what has kept them in some close games. Their offense will only get better too.

Meanwhile the Magic are in a downward spiral, and if this is an “evaluation year” for them then I predict heads will roll.
