Post pics of your setup ITT.
I don't have anything special, but it gets the job done.
My laptop is old AF and I definitely got a screen that's waaaaay too big for the projection which kinda sucks; but, maybe I can find a new projector that will fill that space out.
Behind the room dividers is my music studio which is still a work in progress.

What’s that image below your projector screen?

Oh yeah, the room dividers have an image of a London phone booth on them.Max. wrote:London?LakersNeedShaq wrote:What’s that image below your projector screen?
Use them to keep the cat out of the studio.

Oh I see. Thought it was a large photo you had hanging up but behind your projector screen, which would’ve been weird.

When the projector rolls up and the room dividers are pushed aside I basically have two living areas next to each other, each with a big window in them so there's a ton of cross light.

Lol... Show off.Madnessssss wrote:I keep it simple for now. Eventually want a good surround sound system, but first gotta fix the acoustics in the room or it's just a waste.
Behind the 65 inch SUHD tv is a pretty good desktop computer which I control with a wireless keyboard from the reclining couch. There's also a chromecast, but 80% of the time I use the desktop for watching TV and movies.
The 4k ability is useless because my head is 9 feet from the tv. For a 65 inch screen, you need to be 3-6 feet away for it to make a difference. Maybe I'll get a bigger one one day and use this one in my studio.

Don't know their distribution outside of NM, but it's probably mostly in the SW.
Bonus blurry cat.

Would be better if those were samurai swords in that spot in the wall. Or, oversized liquor bottles. That would be super cool.

How about a bunch of posters from movies over 20 years old? And I'm not talking about authentic/artistic posters like something LNS would buy. I'm talking about a poster you'd buy from Spencer gifts in one of those poster displays.

Maybe. But maybe he should double-down on signalling how much he loves hard liquor by hanging a framed image of a popular booze brand right over the oversized bottles of booze.
BOOM! BOOM!
