Cost me money because I had it done in Arizona rather than Canada. But it's absolutely perfect now. I squat heavy, deadlift heavy, hike hard etc... and no issues whatsoever. The only thing I gave up is running because I can't believe the constant pounding of running wouldn't wear it out eventually. Thank goodness for modern surgical techniques. If my dad could have had the surgery the way it's done now, his life would have been immeasurably better.
