Cold we'll-done steak with ketchup and mustard is the best. If you don't dig leftovers cold, 30 seconds in the microwave does wonders.

I recently bought a Sous Vide, and it has changed my life LOL...This thing makes a steak tender as fuck. I got some Ribeye Caps from Costco yesterday, and put then in the Sous Vide at 135 for like 4 hours, then seasred them in butter to crust them up.
All I can say is wow.
