Top Sirloin.

3 bucks a pound this week at a Mexican grocery store. Bought a package. Was really good. And Arty, keep your comments. My family was poor, I grew up on chuck steak.

Skirt steak is thin and deliscious...if done right
Your pomilla is thing sirloin...cheap cut.

Im a big fan of a ny strip lately...its a true steak...flavor and elite and firmer than the ribeye
..ribeye is becoming a thing of the past for me...maybe every now and then these days, after decades of beng the first option always...ive matured and gotten wise

Glad I have fellow brothers here who like a steak cooked til it's black with ketchup, A1, or sometimes I throw some ranch on that muhfugga.
