In 1992 and 1993 the Orlando Magic won the lottery and had 2 number 1 picks in a row...the nba didn't like that so then changed the rules so the odds of that ever happening again were pretty much impossible..
So explain how not only did the league allow the cavs 3 #1 picks over 4 seasons?
Despite setting up the system for it never to happen again after the magic, but they even celebrated the cavs winning the lottery as if it was actually legit and not set up...
Thats just part of the shadings of how the cavs were put together

Well, Orlando's 2nd stright number 1 pick, they'd won 41 games the previous. They were the first team to miss the last playoff spot. Of course that isn't going to sit well with some.

But that wasn't the case with Cleveland. In 2011 when they won the 1st overall pick, they had only won 19gms, 2nd worse in the league. That's when they took Kyrie.

in 2013, their second 1st pick overall, they finished with the 2nd worst record again, which resulted in Bust Bennett

In 2014, there were about 9 other teams that had a worse record, but they sure as hell weren't on the cusp of making the playoffs like Orlando was.
