He was armed AND he turned and faced the cop WITH the gun still in his hand... a stolen gun, no less.

This apparently has been confirmed because the cop was wearing a body cam and everything is recorded. But in typical fashion, the 'protesters' always "ass"ume the worst and re-act before they have the facts.
