Guys who dribble a lot but don't go anywhere... are usually pretty lousy basketball players.

You use your dribble to deceive the opposition and to get past them. Bieber did neither (look how bored that guys is) and then he carries. Decent enough left though.

The look at the end was comical, partly because of the hat and partly because of the carry. I'd take Mark Wahlberg over him. Maybe a prime Michael J. Fox too.
