Notre Dame @ Stanford
Great game so far. Teams trading blows. It may come down to who has the ball last.

That was dumb for ND to go for 2 there. Too early to do that. Now if they score a TD again they are only up 8.

I agree. This is a slugfest. Better to get whatever points you can get.manchild98 wrote:That was dumb for ND to go for 2 there. Too early to do that. Now if they score a TD again they are only up 8.

Fox is just kissing Big Ten ass because the TV rights are up for grabs soon, and they want to go all-in like ESPN with the SEC. A team that can't even win their division, let alone conference, getting a playoff spot. "Every regular season game is a playoff game" my ass!Thedictator wrote:Hey max you hear them talking about OSU

Why did ND call there 2nd time out there at the 2 yard line? The clock stops when you get a 1st down. 2 time outs would let you run 2 run plays as well.

Ruling on the field stands and that's a TD...but he was down short of the goal line. But it's probably better for Stanford...they get 30 seconds to get into FG range.

Even though I have a bias against ND I don't think it effects my opinion when I say that the reviewed touchdown was a bad call based on the angles they were showing on the television. His knee looked down before that ball crossed the plain.
Didn't ruin the entertainment that was that game though.
