The guy in chicago was shot 16 times while he was walking away from the cops. You see all the comments on this case in chicago and not too many people think if there was something more to the shooting. Like if the guy was working with/for the cops or maybe had a relationship with the shooter, etc. etc. etc. (remember larry davis?). The cops lied about the facts of this chicago shooting and fought vehemently for the video not to be shown, this after the family was awarded, almost from the start, with $5 million.
