Okafor had 8 last night........but he had a good amount of positive output as well.
Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are dumber than that.

Who cares? The Nuggets still won. I think it's part of the learning curve and having a coach that allows a player to have the confidence to keep going hard is a good thing for his development. Now you go back with him and watch the game tape and point out what he did wrong so he can cut back on the TOs next game. That's much better than a player like Russel who looked timid and afraid to make any mistakes so he basically did nothing.
