Mid way through the season... who are the REAL contenders

At this point in the season I'm not sold on any other team/s... what say you?

Borderline teams would be Houston, Golden State, and Portland.

Contenders are Miami, Indy, OKC, San Antonio, and Houston. I'd take out the Spurs before Houston. Another year of wear and tear on those old bones is gonna show against more athletic teams.

I'm not buying the Clippers. They're too much of a finesse team and their big bodies don't like to bang in the low post or play D.

Has anything changed since Durant and the Thunder dismantled LeBron and the Heat, while SA loses to the Bulls?

If anything I think it's even more clear that the Heat have absolutely no chance whatsoever unless Wade is 100% fully healthy, while OKC is quickly becoming the favorite to meet the Pacers in the Finals.

As long as Fleury is in net for the Pens come playoff time, I don't think they are truly contenders.

He has looked BAD in the playoffs the past 2 years if my memory serves me right.
