Pro tip: If you ever fly to French Polynesia, don't spend too much time in Tahiti, hit the surrounding islands. Tahiti wasn't as striking as I thought it would have been - though definitely do the roulottes food trucks in Papeete.
A Tahitian take on Island, French, and American food for the most part. The food is decent to good, but the atmosphere is awesome.
