I always see people posting about the grunge era, but never hear people talk about candlebox. Now that I think about it noone talks about stone temple pilots.

What gives?

Seems that in hindsight, STP just sucks. They did not stand the test of time. A lot of the old bands from the 90's are like this.

Not sure I would call them a grunge band. They were alternative.
