Instead of expansion, they need to relocate teams that play in crap stadiums. A's to Sacramento/Portland; Rays to Charlotte. You don't need two teams in the Bay Area or Florida.

I also heard San Antonio, OKC, Montreal, and Monterrey, Mexico.
I think Charlotte is a better fit than any of those.
