Not sure why you think i give a shit about the girl i posted about a year ago. I was over her the day i broke up with her. Also, i have 0 roommates. I own my own place that i paid cash for; no mortgage. No debt whatsoever actually. I answer to nobody in life, period. With over 150 regular clients, anybody i dont like working with, i tell em to fuck off and makes no difference to me. Makes more space for customers like todays who got me drunk.

They were paying rent. But yes. My mom cooperated and i got them moved and sold the place. It was a 6 month process, although it sold 5 days after listing. My dad was being a piece of shit, but now he's acting like nothing happened and thinks I'll just forgive him without an apology.
